How to Make Sassy Water Recipe - Flat Belly Diet Plan

Perhaps you've heard on "sassy water", one of the hooks of the Flat Belly Diet. There is no magic impertinent on water - which is a delicious way to make sure you drink 8 glasses of water a day.

During the first or "Jumpstart" phase of the Flat Belly Diet, you should drink recipe "sassy water". Prevention calls "sassy water" in honor of the woman who came with the recipe (Cynthia Sass). This is a tasty alternative Plain Old water. More selected ingredients to calm and soothe digestion. Sassy water is easy to make a mixture of water with a lemon, a cucumber, ginger and flat leaves of mint.

Sassy Water can be a great alternative to replace your soda intake! It is a cheaper alternative and by putting away soda you will be able to drop pounds and stay in shape! There are different sassy water recipes on the Web, Here are a couple of them:

Ingredients:

8.5 cups of water
1 tbsp of grated ginger
1 medium cucumber
1 medium lemon
12 spearmint leaves

To prepare it, combine all the ingredients and let it inside the fridge all night. Next day you can drink this water, make sure you drink it all in the following day!

Or

Ingredients:

2 quarts of water
12 mint leaves
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 medium cucumber peeled and sliced
1 lemon sliced thin

On a container put 2 quarts of water; add the ingredients to the water. The steps to make Sassy water are similar to the steps above. Put it on the fridge overnight.
